This recording of Schumann's DichterLiebe One and Two was made in 2005 by Peter Hutchings (Piano) and David Jones (Tenor). It occurred after an interval of 47 years since they had last played together in the Lewis School Pengam Jazz Group. Peter played saxophone and David drums on the Chapel recording of 1958, which can be heard on the school's web site, together with notes and photos. Peter had been an accomplished pianist at school while David began vocal studies some years later.
