Larkspur has 2 GE generators identical to the ones to be purchased by MMC Energy for the peaker proposed for Chula Vista. Larkspur is 3 miles from homes and schools. The peaker in Chula Vista would be 350 feet from homes and 1200 feet from a school.

This footage was shot from a tripod so it is much better. You can hear different sounds as the camera approaches different parts of the plant.
